Click the View Details action on any request row to open the details dialog. The dialog displays comprehensive information about the request:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Current status with color-coded badge |
| AWS Account | Account name and ID |
| Permission Set | Name of the requested permission set |
| Duration | Requested access duration |
| Justification | The reason you provided when submitting the request |
| Requested At | Exact date and time of submission |
| Reviewed By | Name of the approver who acted on the request (if reviewed) |
| Reviewed At | Date and time the review took place (if reviewed) |

The Reviewed By, Reviewed At, and Reviewer Comment fields only appear after an approver has taken action on the request. For pending requests, these fields are not displayed.
Expired Requests
Requests that are not acted upon within the approval window automatically move to Expired status. If your request expired:
- The request will not be fulfilled
- You will need to submit a new request if you still need access
- Consider reaching out to approvers before re-submitting to ensure they are available to review
