Authentication
To access the JIT Portal, you log in through your organization's Prism URL. Both SSO users (Google, Microsoft, custom OIDC) and standalone username/password users can access the JIT Portal.
Login Flow
- Navigate to your organization's Prism URL -- Open your organization's Prism URL in your browser (e.g.,
https://yourcompany.prism.cloudkeeper.com). - Authenticate -- Log in using one of the available methods:
- SSO -- Click the SSO button (e.g., "Sign in with Google", "Sign in with Microsoft") to authenticate through your organization's identity provider.
- Username and password -- Enter your Prism credentials directly.
- Select the JIT Portal -- After authentication, you are redirected to the application selection screen. Click JIT Portal to access it.

The identity providers available on the login page are configured by your organization's admin in the Admin Portal.
Troubleshooting
"Unable to authenticate" or blank page
- Verify you are using the correct organization Prism URL
- Confirm with your administrator that your user account exists in Prism
- Check that your organization's identity provider is configured and active (for SSO users)
Redirect loop
- Clear your browser's local storage for the Prism domain
- Try using a private/incognito browser window
- Ensure cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser
Identity provider error
- Verify your credentials are correct at the IdP login page
- Confirm your account is not locked or disabled in the identity provider
- Contact your administrator if the IdP configuration may have changed
