Prerequisites

Before you can start using Prism, ensure the following requirements are met.

Organization Onboarding

Your organization must be onboarded to Prism by CloudKeeper. During onboarding, CloudKeeper will:

  • Create a dedicated realm (tenant) for your organization
  • Set up your organization's subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.prism.cloudkeeper.com)

After onboarding, you create your initial Customer Admin account by navigating to the yourcompany.prism.cloudkeeper.com/init path on your subdomain and setting up MFA.

Contact your CloudKeeper representative if your organization has not been onboarded yet.

Browser Requirements

Prism's Admin Portal requires a desktop browser. Mobile devices are not supported for administrative functions. Supported browsers include:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

The JIT Access Portal is accessible from mobile browsers.

Network Requirements

Ensure the following domains are accessible from your network:

  • *.prism.cloudkeeper.com — Prism platform
